HDK Industries, renowned for its production of wire back, self-supporting media for air and liquid filtration, as well as specialty medical materials, will now be integrated into the Fibrix Filtration brand.
Clean Solutions Group has acquired HDK Industries, expanding its eco-friendly filtration media range. Backed by Branford Castle Partners, this move bolsters CSG’s position in the filtration sector.
HDK’s expertise in air and liquid filtration will integrate into CSG’s Fibrix Filtration brand.
The transition is led by CEO Keith White and president JR Baccus.
The transition will be overseen by CSG’s leadership team, with Keith White serving as chief executive officer and JR Baccus as president, Branford Castle Partners said in a press release.
